Store Policy
All orders are completed within 5-7 business days. Items will be shipped within 24 hours AFTER you receive notification that your order has been completed. An additional rush fee will be added for orders needed within 24 hours.
SEND YOUR PHOTOS
Email photos to thebamaccessories@gmail.com. Include the purchaser's name on the subject line. Add any special instructions to the email.
Please do not crop the photo(s). We will crop the photo(s) for a best fit, then send back to you for approval. It takes 2 to 3 days to process after approval.
If we do not receive approval of proof after 24 hours, order will automatically be processed and shipped.
Insurance
All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by courier. You must file a claim with courier for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Returns
Due to the custom nature and permanent processes of personalization, no personalized items can be returned, refunded, or exchanged. A confirmation email or text message will be sent to customer for verification before pick-up, shipping, or delivering of merchandise.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days at thebamaccessories@gmail.com if there is a problem.
